Business Development / Project Sales Executive – Electrical Products

Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
Salary: RM 3,000–RM 9,000 gross, including allowances, depending on experience
Travel Allowance: RM 700 within Klang Valley / RM 800 Outstation + RM 50 Toll
Experience: 2–3 years relevant experience preferred
Qualification: Minimum Diploma
Travel: Willing to travel to Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak
Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Project Sales Executive to expand market presence across Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia. The role involves engaging with developers, M&E consultants, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders to promote electrical solutions at the project specification stage.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strong product knowledge and recommend suitable electrical solutions.
Engage with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, and contractors to secure product specifications for new projects.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Prepare presentations and quotations and follow up with customers to close deals.
Provide professional pre-sales and post-sales support.
Track project pipelines and coordinate with internal teams to meet project and delivery timelines.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Submit regular sales and activity reports to the Head of Sales.
Travel to project sites and customer locations as required.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma qualification.
2–3 years of relevant experience in business development, project sales, or technical sales.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in project-based sectors such as construction, electrical, building materials, mechanical sites, water pumps, water piping, or air-conditioning is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Mandarin and English proficiency is preferred.
Positive attitude with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Own transportation or residence near the office for convenient commuting.
Willingness to travel extensively, including Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
Female candidates below 30 years are preferred.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Gross Salary: RM 3,000–RM 9,000, including allowances.
Travelling Allowance: RM 700 within Klang Valley.
Outstation Allowance: RM 800.
Toll: RM 50.
Petrol Card: Provided upon confirmation.
Before confirmation, travel expenses are reimbursed/claimed according to company policy.
Company Phone: Provided.
Commission: Based on projects secured.

Ideal Candidate Background

Candidates from companies or industries dealing with water pumps, water piping, air-conditioning, construction, electrical products, building materials, or mechanical project sites are highly preferred.
