### THE IDEAL INTERPRETATION PROFILE
We are looking for analytical linguistic professionals who bridge precise, meaning-for-meaning interpretation with healthcare empathy:
* **Language Mastery:** Exceptional fluency in Cantonese along with advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1 level preferred).
* **Core Skills:** Excellent listening, memory retention, and clear pronunciation to handle different accents and speeds.
* **Education & Track:** Open to High School Graduates, SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree holders. Freshers with excellent skills are welcome, though prior experience in BPO, Translation, Healthcare, or Customer Service is highly preferred.
* **Schedule Discipline:** Fully comfortable working permanent night shifts (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM / 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM) supporting live US schedules.

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* **Consecutive Interpretation:** Provide accurate, real-time, meaning-for-meaning over-the-phone consecutive interpretation between English-speaking medical staff and Cantonese-speaking patients.
* **Maintain Neutrality:** Ensure flawless communication without adding, omitting, or changing the speaker's original message, maintaining a strict first-person style.
* **Crisis Composure:** Handle stressful, sensitive, or emergency medical discussions calmly and professionally.
* **Privacy Compliance:** Work independently in a quiet home environment while strictly adhering to confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and patient data protection protocols.
