Our company is seeking a full-time Content Moderator Located in Penang, Malaysia. The Content Moderator will be responsible for regulating and examine content, which may include ad units, applications or web pages and record findings and opinions using web-based tools and workflow systems. The Content moderator will also be in charge of preparing feedback reports using available tools.

Start date: Immediate Joiner

Salary: 7K MYR

Location: Penang, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (email and chat)

Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels when necessary

Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

Work with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support

Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client

Adhere to the policies set by the company and client

Qualifications

High School Diploma required

1 year experience in Content Moderation

Language proficiency in written and spoken English is Mandatory

Fluent in Korean language

Prior experience in BPO would be an added advantage

Skills

Fast learner and independent

Organizational and time management abilities

Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision

Resiliency: Ability to view content that may be offensive, strong or abhorrent, with understanding.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and complex demands.
