Customer Experience Professional (Telco Projects) - Mandarin Speaking
Location:Kuala Lumpur (On-site at Concentrix Greater Kuala Lumpur)
Start Date: February 11th
Salary:
- Mandarin Speaking:
- Basic: 4000 MYR
- Housing Allowance: 200 MYR
- KPI Allowance: Up to 300 MYR
- Night Shift Allowance: Up to 320 MYR
- Global:
- Basic: 4000 MYR
- Housing Allowance: 200 MYR

Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Professional at Concentrix, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction within Telco Projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Exceptional Customer Service:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Understanding Customer Needs:
- Analyze and understand the unique needs of customers, providing tailored solutions and anticipating their requirements.
- Improving Customer Experience:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address pain points, implementing changes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction:
- Measure and analyze customer satisfaction, using feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and services.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with teams such as marketing, sales, and product development, providing customer insights to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer experience software and tools.
- Passion for customer service and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Diploma holder or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience in a voice channel in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and patient demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management skills.
Additional Preferences:
- Experience in the telco industry, serving the Singapore market is an added advantage.
