We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team supporting a leading E-Hailing platform in the Singapore market. If you have excellent English communication skills and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time onsite opportunity based in Johor Bahru, offering training, career growth, and a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone.
Assist customers with general inquiries, account-related concerns, and service-related issues.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: SPM, UEC, or IGCSE.
Good command of English (spoken, written, and reading).
Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
Minimum typing speed:
25 WPM
100% accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru.
Willing to work on a 24-hour rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays.
Work Schedule
6 working days per week
24-hour rotational shifts
Weekend and Public Holiday shifts required
