We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team supporting a leading E-Hailing platform in the Singapore market. If you have excellent English communication skills and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time onsite opportunity based in Johor Bahru, offering training, career growth, and a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone.

  • Assist customers with general inquiries, account-related concerns, and service-related issues.

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

  • Provide accurate information about products and services.

  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience.


Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: SPM, UEC, or IGCSE.

  • Good command of English (spoken, written, and reading).

  • Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.

  • Minimum typing speed:

    • 25 WPM

    • 100% accuracy

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru.

  • Willing to work on a 24-hour rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays.


Work Schedule

  • 6 working days per week

  • 24-hour rotational shifts

  • Weekend and Public Holiday shifts required
