About the Role
Join a leading global customer service team supporting Japanese customers based in Japan. You will provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints from Japanese customers.
- Provide professional support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
- Achieve individual productivity and quality performance targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
Requirements
Mandatory
- Native Japanese Speaker (Only)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.
- Currently residing in Malaysia or willing to relocate to Malaysia.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Training
- One month of comprehensive training conducted entirely in Japanese.
