*Vacancy: Customer Service - English/Bahasa Speaker*

Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor.

Base Salary: RM 2000

Department - Inbound

Working Hours - Rotational Shift

Start Date - ASAP

Headcounts - 60

Fresher or Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience is required

*Responsibilities:*

* Handling all inbound calls and live chat pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints,

comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.

* To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.

* Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

* Report on customer feedback and complete call logs and reports.

*Requirements:*

* Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above

* Required language(s): English and/or Bahasa Melayu

•Fresher or Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage

for this position.

* Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged

to apply – Full Training Provided

* Applicant must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor
