Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of call center experience.

Fluent in Mandarin, with excellent English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and aural comprehension).

Ability to handle queries and objections professionally.

Strong customer service orientation.

Demonstrated critical thinking and a proactive attitude.

Composed communication skills in challenging situations.

Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with a 90% accuracy score.

Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:

Freshers or experienced Taiwanese resources welcome.

English proficiency at Level B2.
