Position Summary:
Engaging with customers through email, chat, phone, and other channels (to be determined) while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all interactions with professionalism and efficiency, infused with a personal touch across various communication channels.
- Utilize in-depth product, brand, and industry knowledge to address customer inquiries, transforming them into brand advocates.
- Fulfill targets and criteria outlined by both the client and management.
- Adhere to information and guidance provided by the client and management team.
- Go the extra mile to actively engage and connect with consumers.
