This is a customer support project for a world-famous subscription-based official video delivery service.



The job is to support customers with inquiries on how to join and cancel their subscriptions,



Troubleshooting streaming device problems (login, streaming, password settings, email settings, viewing issues, etc.)



(*Chat will be handled 60% by phone, 40% by email, all in Japanese. (*Chat is handled 60% by phone, 40% by phone, all in Japanese)



Reporting and reporting to the manager (all in English)



Participation in regular meetings (all in English)



More than 90% of the work will be done in Japanese, but procedures and manuals related to joining the company will be in English, and communication with non-Japanese-speaking supervisors will be in English. Training will be conducted in English by a Japanese trainer, but questions may be asked in Japanese. (The standard is about 600 on the Toeic.)



If you speak a little English but are not confident, you can apply as long as you are willing to take on the challenge of conversational English first!

Requirements.



High school graduate with at least 5 years of work experience, college or vocational school with at least 2 years of work experience, university graduates can apply from new graduates.



English skills ; At least equivalent to daily English conversation level.



Positive attitude and can-do attitude.



Good listener, positive language skills, and good communication skills.



・Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.



・Japanese speaker under 60 years old.



 



Working hours



8 hours between 8:00 and 20:00 / 1 hour break Example: 8:00 to 17:00 (early shift) or 11:00 to 20:00 (late shift) 2 days off per week (It is not fixed on Saturday and Sunday. It depends on the shift schedule.)



In principle, shift schedules are determined by the management team and worked accordingly (approx. 50:50 for the early and late shifts).
