The Welding Technician (MIG) is responsible for performing high-quality Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding on metal components and structures according to engineering drawings and production specifications. The role involves preparing materials, operating welding equipment, inspecting finished welds for quality, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring all work meets company and industry standards. The technician also performs routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoots basic welding issues, and collaborates with production and quality teams to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
