WE’RE HIRING | DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Location: Shah Alam, Malaysia
Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 5,000 (depending on experience)
Eligibility: Malaysians Only

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team!

Requirements

1–2 years of experience as a Document Controller (Freshers are welcome)
Strong AutoCAD skills
Knowledge of structural drawings
Well-organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet SLAs

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain project documents and drawings
Maintain document control systems and version control
Review AutoCAD structural drawings/diagrams
Coordinate with the design team
Prepare and maintain document registers
Ensure proper tracking, updating, and filing of project documents
