Job: Customer Service (Voice and Email) for Taiwanese Market, Food Delivery Service client
Location: Damansara Utama, Selangor, Malaysia
Work shift: 24/7 Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 days a week
Salary: Basic based on working experience and interview performance, KPI & OT & Shift Allowance (night shift only) provided
Target start date: 5th December 2024
Language required: Mandarin and English
Nationality: Malaysian ONLY
Job Description:
Provide customer satisfaction and experience
Meet and exceed client mandated KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
Be aware of client policies and keep things confidential
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
Participate in training to improve work performance
Requirments:
Malaysian that can speak in fluent Mandarin and basic English, as staff will support Taiwan Market
Must be able to type in traditional mandarin
English interview will be included since computer interface is in English
Must be able to commit to shift
NO WORK-FROM-HOME option provided
Fresh graduate is accepted
MUST complete Mandarin assessment
Willing to working 8 working hour + 1 hour lunch break per day (earliest 7am to 4pm, latest 11pm to 8am, every one hour there will be a shift, rotate every 2 months)
