We urgently need an HR Executive - CV Reviewer with a strong background in CV Reviewing and interviewing candidates.

Job title: HR Executive - CV Reviewer

Work Setup: Remote, Monday to Friday

Salary: 1KMYR - 3K MYR

QUALIFICATIONS:

A graduate of any degree

With at least 2-3 years experience in external Recruitment from a Recruitment Firm or BPO Industry

Preferably with experience in client handling

Strong experience in paper screening and reviewing candidates' profiles through calls or interviews

Solid negotiation and interviewing skills

Average communication skills

A team player and can work with minimum supervision

Ability to handle work pressure and a strong personality

Amenable to work from home

Preferably an Indian currently in Malaysia

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create job postings that are professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates

Screen candidates by conducting phone interviews, reviewing resumes

Ensure all candidates endorsed have a good resume, complete details needed, and as per the client’s preference

Close coordination with clients and Managers in sending endorsements

Handles BPO partners in Malaysia

Set personal endorsement goals

Meet and exceed the target of selected and endorsed resumes to clients per month

Continuous follow-up with clients is necessary
