Exciting Opportunity: Human Resource Associate - Mandarin Speaker Position in Kuala Lumpur!
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Position 1: Sr. Process Executive
- Salary: MYR 2.6-4.9k
- Level: JL 2A
- Experience: 1-3 years in HR Administration processes
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results and deadline-driven
- Minimum 1 year of experience with HR systems and tools (SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, etc.)
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Proficient in Chinese Mandarin & English language
Good to Have:
- Experience in Hire to Retire Data administration for Global clients
Position 2: Process Specialist
- Salary: MYR 4k - 6k
- Level: JL 3A
- Experience:** 3-5 years in HR Administration processes
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results and deadline-driven
- Minimum 2 years of experience with HR systems and tools
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Proficient in Chinese Mandarin & English language
Good to Have:
- Experience in Hire to Retire Data administration for Global clients
- Process & support Hire to Retire transactions, perform quality checks, and assist in issue resolution
- Contribute to process transformation & automations
- Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals and managers
