Machine Operator – Bend / CNC Press Brake

Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Qualification: Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field
Salary: RM 2,000–RM 2,400 gross, including allowance
Transport Allowance: RM 100–RM 125
Attendance Allowance: RM 75

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator – Bend / CNC Press Brake to operate CNC press brake machines and produce precision metal-fabricated components according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong machine setup skills, knowledge of engineering drawings, and experience in the metal fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines to produce precision parts.
Verify finished workpieces against specifications using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
Perform operational activities related to bending machines.
Change and adjust machinery for different product lines and material requirements.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure smooth material and component flow.
Maintain good housekeeping and workplace standards.
Follow all applicable health and safety procedures.
Support training activities when required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of direct experience operating CNC Press Brake machines.
Experience in the Metal Fabrication Industry is required.
Knowledge and understanding of engineering-specified tolerances.
Ability to read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings / Blueprints.
Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup and adjustments.
Ability to handle multiple machine setups based on different products and material requirements.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
Physically fit to perform required duties.
Independent, responsible, and self-motivated.
Good team player with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Working Hours

Initial Working Hours: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM

Future Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts

8:00 AM–8:00 PM
8:00 PM–8:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits

Gross Salary: RM 2,000–RM 2,400 per month, including allowance.
Transport Allowance: RM 100–RM 125.
Attendance Allowance: RM 75.
