**Position Title:** KL Senior Analyst (Native Chinese Speaker)
**Contact:** Including chat and email
- Report assessment results to relevant business stakeholders (quality leads, operations, clients, customer management, and resource unit partners)
- Attend calibration meetings/phone conferences with quality leads, operations, project management, and clients to ensure scoring consistency and best practices
- Participate in internal quality audits (e.g., regularly audit existing processes to identify process controls and efficiencies) aimed at improving overall contact quality and suggesting changes
- Maintain a robust project knowledge base; basic understanding of client products, services, and/or project strategies
- Participate in quality workgroups with business stakeholders (quality leads, operations, clients, customer management, and resource unit partners)
- Meet department productivity requirements (e.g., monitor call volumes, number of assessments per month, etc.)
- Complete phone time to stay abreast of current projects (as applicable)
- Contribute to maintaining forms and legendary documents
- Support management in focusing on reviewing key drivers, metrics, and operational processes (including training) to drive balanced scorecards and profit objectives
- Additional requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a four-year university, preferably with less than one year of relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in feedback and coaching skills
- Must have the ability to work under pressure
- Applicants should be proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Driven by self-learning and knowledge enhancement
- Flexibility to adapt to all shift work as per client requirements
- Must have the ability to analyze data, trends from effectiveness surveys
