Job TItle - Team Lead (Thai Speaking).
Location - KL
DOJ - Immediate Joiner
Salary - Basic Salary Max MYR7300 with MYR600 for the language allowance + MYR100 for telephone allowance
Shifts ; Rotational Shifts.
Prupose : The Team Lead will be supporting the Thai Market and MUST have excellen communications skills and required to speak, write, and read in Thai fluently.
Eligibility ; Graduate with min 2 years experience as a Team Lead with a BPO.
Key Skills:
- Having Order management or Customer support experience at least 3 years with People Managing experience 1 or 2 years
- Preferred Malaysian Thai speaker non-Native Thai to avoid delay in hiring due to longer process in EP
- Strong and good people management candidate
- Having SAP knowledge and case management experienced
- Willing to work long hours and observing Thai Market hour
