Are you a native Korean speaker with a passion for gaming? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team as a Teammate in a Gaming Campaign. As a valued member of the company, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic and engaging environment.

Role Description:

Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to gamers in a non-voice capacity.

You will assist players in resolving their inquiries and issues through written communication channels.

Utilize your bilingual skills in Korean and English (at least B1-B2 level) to effectively communicate with gamers.

Work Schedule:

The working hours for this role are from 7 AM to 10 PM, with an 8-hour shift.

The schedule follows a 5-day workweek, from Monday to Sunday.

Please note that there will be a quarterly rotation in shifts to ensure a fair distribution of workload.

Location:

This position is based in Taiwan, offering you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant gaming industry in the region.

We welcome native Koreans from other countries who are willing to be relocated to Taiwan for this exciting opportunity.

Visa and Education Requirements:

Candidates must fulfill specific visa conditions based on their educational background:

If you graduated in Taiwan, no work experience is required.

For those who graduated with a Bachelor's degree outside Taiwan, a minimum of 2 years of working experience is necessary.

Taiwan Citizens/Nationals do not require a degree or working experience.

High school or college undergraduates with more than 5 years of working experience will be considered.
