Job Title : Technical Enterprise Sales Executive | Data Center Solutions | B2B Sales | Balakong, Selangor

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Technical / Enterprise Sales Executive to join a Data Center Solutions business unit. The role focuses on managing and growing strategic B2B accounts, including large enterprises, colocation providers, and hyperscale data center operators.

The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise sales, business development, IT infrastructure, electrical solutions, or data center infrastructure, with the ability to sell comprehensive solutions across the data center ecosystem.

Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Manage strategic relationships with enterprise customers, colocation providers, and hyperscale data centers.
Develop account plans to drive revenue growth and solution adoption.
Sell and promote data center infrastructure solutions including:
- Racking Systems
- Containment Solutions
- Cable Management
- UPS
- Busway
- PDUs
- Cooling Systems
- Structured Cabling
Identify customer needs and recommend end-to-end technical solutions.
Develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities across multiple product lines.
Collaborate with solution engineering, marketing, project delivery teams, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates.
Lead commercial proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
Travel to customer and project locations as required.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development experience.
Experience in Data Center, IT Infrastructure, Electrical Solutions, or related industries is preferred.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and strategic account management.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Data Center solutions or infrastructure is highly preferred.
Must be willing to travel outstation.
Must have own transportation.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Preferred age: Below 40 years.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
Own transport is mandatory.

Experience in Data Center infrastructure, IT solutions, or electrical products is an advantage.
