What You'll Do
As a Technical / Enterprise Sales Executive, you will:
- Build and manage long-term relationships with enterprise customers, colocation providers, and hyperscale data center clients.
- Develop strategic account plans to grow revenue and expand existing customer portfolios.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client engagement.
- Work closely with Solution Engineers and Project Teams to deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the best data center technologies and solutions.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling across a broad portfolio of products.
- Prepare professional proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to strengthen sales strategies.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and channel partners to secure project opportunities.

Sell industry-leading Data Center solutions, including:
- Data Center Racking Systems
- Containment Solutions
- Cable Management Systems
- UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
- Busway Systems
- Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
- Precision Cooling Solutions
- Structured Cabling Infrastructure
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience
Experience in Data Center Infrastructure is highly preferred
Background in infrastructure, IT, electrical, or technology solutions sales
Strong enterprise account management and solution-selling skills
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
Willing to travel for customer meetings and business development activities
Must possess your own transportation
Able to join immediately or within a short notice period is an advantage
