As a technical troubleshooting agent, your primary responsibility will be to

specializes in resolving technical issues and problems faced by customers or end-

users related to a specific product, service, or technology via email, chat and phone

call.

Your Responsibilities

• Accountable for closing customer inquiries regarding company

products/services, customer's accounts and provide additional clarifications

as requested by customers

• Responsible for adding/updating/reviewing rich media functionality in Ads

• Address issues or tasks assigned to them through ticketing systems, via Chat,

Email or Phone channels

• Creates layout templates, gallery uploads, component testing, functionalities

testing, builds dynamic display ads, etc.

• Assigned to relatively simpler Rich Media workflows

Your Requirements:

 Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred

 Language Required will be Mandarin and good to have Cantonese speaking

 Have basic understanding on HTML, debugging tools or Java is mandatory

 Experienced in Customer Support / Technical Support will be added

advantage.

 Willing to work on public holiday

 Willing to work at KL Sentral (easily accessible to LRT, MRT)

Saaary: RM3000-RM4000
