About the Role

We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Associate Customer Support to provide exceptional customer service for a global eCommerce platform. You will handle customer inquiries through voice support, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 Certified (JLPT N2 is not accepted)
Excellent verbal communication skills in Japanese
College or Vocational School Graduate (or equivalent work experience)
eCommerce customer service experience is preferred
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite in Cyberjaya on a rotational shift schedule
Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences

Education & Experience Requirements:

High School Graduate: Minimum 7–8 years of work experience
Vocational Graduate: Minimum 4–5 years of work experience
University Graduate (including 2026 graduates): No work experience required
