Experience: 3–6 Years
Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in banking, financial services, or investment banking. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support technology and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements.
• Support process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in SDLC activities and support Agile or Waterfall project delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Analyze business problems and provide practical solutions.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and delivery activities.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or investment banking is preferred.
• Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process mapping.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is an advantage.
