Salary :-  RM 1900- RM 2100/Depending on Grab MY/SG project and candidate ability

Night Shift Allowance:- 300*

Candidate Age: less than 35 years old. 

Location:-Startek, Johor Bahru, Malaysia/ Kuala Lumpur Malaysia 

Job Description:

Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products

Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

 

To be successful in this role, the candidates will need to have:

Good communication skills (Based on project language requirements).

SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.

Candidate are required to work on rotational shifts. Will be given 1 day off in a week.

Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
