Salary Range: RM5000-5800 per month
Job Description:
Are you a proficient Cantonese and English speaker with a passion for bridging communication gaps between individuals from different linguistic backgrounds? We have an exciting opportunity for a Live Interpretation Interpreter to join our team! As an interpreter, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth communication between parties and ensuring that language barriers do not hinder understanding.
Responsibilities:
Provide real-time interpretation services in Cantonese and English for various interactions, such as meetings, conferences, and other communication channels.
Maintain a high level of language proficiency and subject matter knowledge to ensure accurate and effective interpretation.
Adapt to a rotational shift schedule, primarily during the night to support our US-based operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive and respectful communication.
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese (native or near-native level) and English (B2 level or above).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they possess excellent Cantonese and English language skills.
Strong attentiveness and keen understanding of customer service principles.
Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Home-based work experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
