**Job Opportunity: Content Moderator (Mandarin)**
**Qualifications:**
- Graduate / Undergraduate / SPM
- Age: 18+ years
- Proficient in Mandarin
**Experience:**
- Fresh graduates or SPM with 1 year of customer service or content review-related experience
- Call center or content moderation experience
**Special Training:**
- NA (Non-Applicable)
**Knowledge:**
- Experience or knowledge in social media
**Skills & Abilities:**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking capabilities, and resilience
- Flexibility and ability to handle high volumes during promotions and peak seasons
- Teamwork orientation
**Interview Rounds:**
1. Screening as per the profile document
2. Competency-Based Interview (CBI) – Recruiter Interview and Screening
3. Language Verification / Operations Round of Interview
**Background Verification:**
- Standard company Background Verification
- World Compliance Checks/Global Sanction
- Criminality Check
- Global Sanctions
**Compensation:**
- Salary: RM 2800 - RM 3300
- Night Shift Allowance: RM 30/Day
- KPI Incentives: RM 200 to RM 500
**Location:** Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia
**Start Date:** Immediate Joiner
