CRM developer with .NET experience

Strong proficiency in C# and .NET to design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions

Prior corporate banking or Telecom CRM experience is a must

Work Location- KL, Onsite (5 days a week)

Immediate joiners are preferred, Candidate should be based in Malaysia to be considered

Responsibilities:

Design & Customization: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 solutions, entities, forms, views, and business rules.

Backend & Logic Development: Write and maintain custom C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript web resources using the Dynamics CRM SDK

System Integration: Integrate Dynamics CRM with external enterprise applications, third-party platforms, and web services (REST/SOAP APIs)

Testing & Deployment: Manage source code version control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, TFS) and coordinate deployments across sandbox, UAT, and production environments.

Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing troubleshooting, performance optimization, and end-user technical support

Required Skills:

CRM Platform: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, customization, configuration, and out-of-the-box (OOTB) vs. custom development trade-offs.

Languages & Frameworks: Proficient in C#, .NET / .NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Web Services: Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services / OData endpoints.

Power Platform: Familiarity with Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate, and PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls.

Database: Strong command of SQL Server and relational database concepts.

DevOps & Tools: Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or TFS for CI/CD and source control.

Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and/or Waterfall project delivery frameworks.
