Customer Relations - Assistant Manager Jobs in Selangor

Job Responsibilities

Attend to all customer feedback i.e. inquiries, suggestions and complaints.

Manage customer feedback through efficient follow-up and tracking methods.

Coordinate meetings and discussions with other departments towards solving customers' complaints to meet customers' expectations.

Analyze report received from customer satisfaction survey and other customers' feedback to recommend areas for improvement to meet customers' expectations.

Organize customer relations activities and community events.

To lead and manage vacant possession process by coordinating with respective department.

Job Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Sociology, Mass Communication, Marketing or Property Management

At least 5 years' of relevant working experience in property & hospitality industries

Proficient in written and spoken English

Pleasant with good communication and interpersonal skills

Team player and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
