Mandarin & Cantonese speaker
Location : KL Sentral
9am - 6pm (Office Hours)
5 Days Work with 2 Days Off
Off Day - Rotation
Salary :RM3,000 - RM3,500
Ability to converse & written fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & Cantonese. Preferable Mandarin & Cantonese speaker.
• SPM/Diploma/Degree any field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related area is preferable
• God verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette along with active listening skills
• Customer centric mindset
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Resilient and highly adaptable to dynamic working environment
• Must be able to work closely within the team and the same time able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work any 5 days rotational with office hours. (9am to 6pm)
• Providing first level support via phone enquiries whilst meeting service level and turnaround standards.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify enquiries/complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments and escalate the unresolved issues to the second level support team and ensure all cases are followed throuto closure.
• Engage and going the extra miles to satisfy customers’ needs and build customer loyalty.
• Maintain records of all conversations in the call centre database in a comprehensive manner for use of analysis and reporting.
• Undertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the Management.
