Providing efficient front desk service, assisting clients with various printing needs, and basic knowledge of design software
- to provide layout services
- Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Know basic graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
