We are currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to join our team in KL Sentral. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing customer service support for the China and Taiwan market, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving routine problems related to our client's products or services.



Key Responsibilities:

Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Understand customer requirements, utilize decision-support tools, and provide appropriate resolutions.

Demonstrate empathy, build rapport with customers, and address their needs and concerns.

Greet customers professionally and maintain a courteous demeanor.

Maintain knowledge of client products and services.

Accurately document and notate accounts as required.

Participate in activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.

Offer additional products and services when applicable.

Track and retrieve information in the call tracking database.

Respond to customer inquiries, referring them to relevant materials or senior staff when necessary.



Candidate Profile:

High school diploma with 1 year of customer service and gaming experience (Hoyoverse).

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in Mandarin.

Proficient in computer navigation and PC knowledge.

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Patience and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.



Language Requirements:

Mandarin: MYR 4,000

 Native Vietnamese/Thai/Indonesian: MYR 4,000 + MYR 200 Housing Allowance

Native Korean: MYR 8,300 - MYR 8,800



Additional Requirements:

2 years of customer service experience, specifically in email support.

Gaming proficiency in Genshin Impact/Honkai Stair Rail, with the ability to provide User ID for level verification.
