Job Description
-
Responsible for tracking and maintaining customers' online orders, collating and compiling daily order report;
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Handle order complains in a timely manner, form a work log, and provide timely feedback on abnormal problems.

Requirements
