Location : Johor
The candidates should have good command in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (Ability to read and write in Traditional Chinese Character is a MUST)
Primarily candidates who has the customer service experience would be preferred. Candidate must know how to read traditional chinese.
The Salary would be as below :
Basic - RM 3000
KPI - RM 400
6th day allowance - RM300
Night Shift Allowance - RM300
Age requirements: Below 35 years
Education level: SPM and above.
Working days: 6 days a week
Working hours: 3 shifts to choose from
* Candidate must be able to attend work physically on a daily basis.
*Candidate must be close to Nusajaya, Johor.
The candidates are expected to handle incoming calls from the customer. Depending on Candidate's language ability, they will have to complete assessments and will be based on projects.
Location : PJ
Contractual Role
L1 RM3k+KPI RM200,
L2 RM3.8k+KPI RM200.
Mon-Fri, 8:30am-7pm, Sat, 9am-1pm. 5 days rotational shift.
Minimum SPM.
L2 would require minimum 1 year of CS experience.
