Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Native Taiwanese)
Location: Penang, Malaysia
Language: Taiwanese – Native
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 days working, 2 days off
Shift Window:
• Monday–Friday: Between 9:00 AM–10:00 PM, divided into 2 shifts
• Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Language Allowance: Included in the salary
Employment Pass: Degree qualification is mandatory for EP processing
Key Requirements:
• Must be a native Taiwanese speaker
• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Taiwanese
• Good English communication skills
• Customer service or contact center experience is preferred
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and within defined timelines
• Communicate with customers in Taiwanese and English as required
• Document customer interactions and update relevant systems
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
