Highly Specialized in Recruitment

Leading the recruitment process from start to finish.

Expertly identifying and sourcing the best-fit candidates for various job positions, utilizing multiple recruitment channels and advanced search techniques.

Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.

Actively managing relationships with potential candidates to create a pool of qualified candidates.

Collaborating closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and deliver the most qualified candidates promptly.

Administer and execute other HR functions including employee relations, performance management, training & development, and legal compliance.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee onboarding and exit processes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.

Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.

Manage employee attendance and leave records.

Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities.

Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.

Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
