Position Title: HR Administration Specialist (Level: JL 3A)



Salary Range: MYR 4,000 – 6,000



About Us: We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company seeking an experienced HR Administration Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:





  1. Experience and Qualifications:




    • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HR Administration.

    • Graduation in any stream.

    • Proficient in Chinese Mandarin and English (Read, Write, Speak).

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.




  2. Technical Proficiency:




    • Minimum 2 years of experience with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, etc.

    • Computer proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.




  3. Job Duties:




    • Manage end-to-end HR processes, including but not limited to Employee Data Management, Benefit Administration, Compensation Administration, and overall HR Operations.

    • Process and support hire-to-retire transactions for global clients (US, EMEA, and APAC).

    • Perform quality checks on all HR transactions and recruitment admin activities.

    • Provide assistance in resolving level 2 and 3 questions related to HR transactions and recruitment admin activities.

    • Escalate non-transactional, production-related issues promptly and according to established protocols.

    • Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals and HR managers.

    • Participate actively in process transformation and automation initiatives.

    • Support Team Lead in training, daily reviews, and resolution of escalations.

    • Maintain service level agreements and ensure compliance with established protocols.

  • Proven experience in handling data administration for global clients is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
