Job Title: Manager Human Resources (English Speaking)
- Location - Kelana Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
- Salary Range: RM 7000 to 10,000
- Start Date: 10th June 2024
- Shifts: Regular Shifts
- Language: Local + English Speaking
Education: Bachelors / Masters Degree preferably in Human Resource.
Must Have: *At least 2 years HR Manager experience*
Key Result Areas:
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource
strategy to support the business growth.
• Provides support and guidance to stakeholders and mgmt. team on HR related scope.
• Oversees employee disciplinary, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with local authorities on local employment laws and regulations and
recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human
resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
• Handle legal matters related to employment issues, such as discrimination claims or labor disputes.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Communicate policies and procedures to employees.
• Ensure consistent implementation and enforcement of policies across the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
• A minimum of 5+ years of human resource management experience preferred.
• Must have English proficiency on spoken and written.
• Relevant experience in supporting a start-up organization.
• Preferred exposure in BPO or share service industry.
• Strong leadership skills in leading a dynamic team.
• Ability to work in matrix reporting organization.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledgeable on HR trend and local regulations
