Description / Requirements

Location: Bitec Bangna (Close to BTS Bangna) (Thailand)

Start Date: ASAP

Experience: 1-2 years Content Moderator experience Preferred but ok to look at other profiles too

Responsibilities:

Ensure that users have a secure web surfing experience.

strive to protect users from harmful or explicit content made by scammers.

screen user-generated content about their company or brand

check for content accuracy and other standards set by the brand

ensure that the content follows a pre-decided structure. ban certain users or members for violating content creation guidelines set by the company

Reviewing Online Videos//Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material

Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform

Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload.

Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor’s degree

WriteX Test (Min B2)

Analysis (Problem Identification & Issue Resolution)

Empathy

Resilience & Flexibility

Drive & Persistence

Learning and knowledge enhancement

Interpersonal Skills and Teamwork

5 days a weeks (Rotational week off)

Willing to work on rotational shifts ( Morning Shift 09.00-18.00, Evening Shift 13.00-22.00, Night Shift 21.00-06.00)
