Job Opportunity: Customer Success Specialist – Taiwanese
Location: George Town, Penang
Shift: 5 working days (rotational shift)
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 6 months to 1 year call center experience
Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English
Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and customer service orientation
Tech: Computer literate, Microsoft Windows, and Office proficiency
Typing Speed: Minimum 40wpm with 90% accuracy
Salary: MYR 5.5k-7k + Housing Allowance
Benefits: Flight ticket + 1-week hotel stay for overseas candidates
