KPI Incentive: RM 250, based on performance

Job Summary

We are hiring a Live Sales Agent (Customer Service) with strong Cantonese, Mandarin, and English communication skills. The role combines customer service, ecommerce sales, lead generation, and technical support for international customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries and sales calls while meeting call center KPIs and sales targets.
Assist customers with online purchases by providing step-by-step guidance or creating customized shopping carts.
Generate and submit sales leads through the CRM when customers are unable to complete purchases online.
Handle basic support and billing inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate support channels.
Communicate effectively with customers from the USA, Australia, Europe, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, and other markets.
Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions, sales leads, and account information.
Apply solution-selling techniques to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of BPO, Call Center Customer Service, or Sales experience.
B2 English proficiency or higher, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Comfortable handling approximately 90% English-language support and a Cantonese/Mandarin customer queue.
Strong customer service, sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using CRM systems.
Willing to work onsite in Petaling Jaya. Remote work is not available.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Agent in a call center/BPO environment.
Experience in SaaS, Cloud, Platform, or Cloud PBX sales.
Experience using Salesforce CRM.
Knowledge of solution selling and consultative sales techniques.
Understanding of technology products and services.

Salary & Benefits

RM 4,000 - RM 4,500 Basic Salary
RM 250 KPI Incentive, based on performance
