JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Machine Operator (Punch – CNC Turret Punch)

Location: Balakong, Selangor Malaysia

Salary Packages:
• Gross Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,400 (Including Allowance)
• Transport Allowance: RM100 - RM125
• Attendance Allowance: RM 75
Working Hours:
• For Start 8.30am to 6.00pm, Later will be on 12 hours shift (8am – 8pm;8pm-8am)

Role Responsibilities:

• Set-up and operate CNC machine to produce precision parts

• Verify conformance of finished work piece to specification using precision instruments

• (Vernier, Micrometer)

• Responsible for operational activities relating to punching machines

• Liaise with Warehouse and Production to ensure smooth flow of material and component supply

• Improve and sustain housekeeping

• Support in training as and when required

• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Role Requirement:

• Minimum 1 - 3 years direct working experience operating CNC Turret Punch Machine and in Metal Fabrication Industry.

• Possess knowledge and understanding of engineering specified tolerances

• Able to read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings (blueprints)

• Strong understanding of machine set-up, able to effectively change machinery for multiple set-ups with the various products lines and material requirements

• Knowledge of health and safety procedures

• Physically fit to perform all required duties

• Independent self-starter, Team player, able to work with all levels

• Minimum qualification: Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field
