Machine Operator (Punch – CNC Turret Punch)

Designation: Machine Operator (Punch – CNC Turret Punch)
Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Turret Punch machines to produce precision parts.

• Verify finished workpieces against specifications using precision instruments such as Vernier and Micrometer.

• Perform operational activities related to punching machines.

• Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure smooth material and component supply.

• Maintain and improve workplace housekeeping standards.

• Support training activities as required.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• 1–3 years of direct experience operating CNC Turret Punch machines, preferably in the Metal Fabrication industry.

• Knowledge of engineering-specified tolerances.

• Ability to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings/blueprints.

• Strong understanding of machine setup and ability to change machinery for different products and material requirements.

• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

• Physically fit to perform required duties.

• Independent, self-motivated, and a good team player.

• Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.​

Working Hours:

• Initially: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM

• Later: 12-hour shifts — 8:00 AM–8:00 PM / 8:00 PM–8:00 AM.
