Job Title: Manager, Cost Management
Function: Projects & Construction, and Asset Management
Reports to: Associate Director, Asset Management APAC
Requirements:
- With managerial experience and he/ she will look after Project Engineer.
- Supervise the project planning, and site contractors, and ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard. Supervise the fit-out works including all interior fixings and equipment. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifeline.
