Job Description : 

We are looking for a skilled MIG Welding Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on MIG welding experience, be able to interpret technical drawings, and ensure high-quality welding while following workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding according to engineering drawings and specifications.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols accurately.

• Ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards.

• Inspect welded components and perform minor repairs when required.

• Follow health, safety, and quality procedures at all times.

• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper housekeeping.

• Work independently as well as collaboratively with the production team.

Required Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of MIG welding experience.

• Good understanding of welding techniques, technical drawings, and welding symbols.

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.

• Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Important Notes

• Onsite role in Malaysia.

• Initial Day Shift (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM).

• Will transition to 12-hour Rotational Shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM / 8:00 PM–8:00 AM).

• Candidates must be physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
