*Position Title: Native Japanese Customer Support Executive*
Project: Food Delivery - Bilingual
Language: Japanese (Native only) & English (Business level)
Joining dates:
29th Jul: 3 headcounts
30th Sept: 4 headcounts
Salary: Basic salary : RM9000 + KPI : Up to RM370 + Shift allowance : Up to RM1200
Location: Ara Damansara office ONLY
Shift Timings: 24h rotational shift / 8h + 1.5h break
Day OFF: 2 days off including weekdays, weekends & replacement leave for PH in Malaysia
*JOb Summary:*
Take care of food delivery service inquiries & complaint from customers located in Japan via phone calls, email, chat. Expected to support English queu. y
*Candidates MUST:*
-Have good understanding of Japanese business manner & common sense in professional settings.
-Have basic understanding of interpersonal skills in international business settings.
-Have good customer-centred mind
-Be familiar with IT systems & devices (Google platform, Microsoft Office, Fast typing, Shortcut keys and etc.)
*Good to have:*
-High flexibility & stress tolerance
-High learning agility
-Multitask & strong problem-solving skill
-Blind touch skill
-Experience in Hospitality, Sales, Admin and any other customer service and corporate jobs in general.
*Training* : 1 month Training will be conducted
