As a Japanese-speaking professional, Local Malaysian with JLPTN1 or N2 both qualify for the role.
JL2A – 1-2 Yrs. of Experience in BPO Industry with MS Tools knowledge
JL3A – 3-5 Yrs. of Experience in the BPO Industry with MS tools knowledge
JL4B – 5-8 yrs. of Experience in the BPO industry with MS tools knowledge.
