DATA ENTRY / OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE – BANKING

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Nationality: Malaysian Citizens Only

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry / Operations Associate to support data processing, back-office operations, and administrative activities within a banking or financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and processing of large volumes of information.
• Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Handle repetitive operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Maintain and update records and operational documentation.
• Work with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Meet assigned deadlines and daily productivity targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data or process-related issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling business and financial information.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, operations, banking, financial services, back-office processing, or a similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and repetitive processes without compromising quality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.
• Previous banking or investment banking experience will be an advantage.
