Job title : Operations / Back Office Processing Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Nationality: Malaysians Only
Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 per month, based on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations / Back Office Processing Executive to support data entry, operational processing, and financial services activities. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good Excel skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and back-office processing activities.
Handle large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Follow structured processes, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office for daily operational tasks.
Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
Maintain accuracy and consistency across repetitive processes.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Support banking, financial services, or investment-related operations as required.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in data entry, operations, banking, financial services, back-office processing, or a similar environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work with large volumes of data and repetitive processes without compromising quality.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.
Previous banking or investment banking experience will be an advantage.
Malaysian nationality is mandatory.

Compensation

Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 per month
Salary will be determined based on relevant experience.
