Operations Manager - Finance (Mandarin-Speaking)

**Location:** Kuala Lumpur, Bandar Utama, Malaysia

**About the Role:**

We are urgently hiring a proficient Mandarin-speaking Operations Manager - Finance to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and managing our Finance & Accounting department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage a large Finance & Accounting team

- Oversee full sets of accounts with precision

- Utilize advanced Excel skills and experience with Blackline

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture

- Contribute strategic insights to optimize financial operations

**Qualifications:**

- Finance Graduate with a Professional degree (CPA equivalent/MBA)

- 7+ years of overall experience in Finance & Accounting

- Proven leadership skills with a successful track record

- Proficient in Mandarin language

- Experience in SSC/BPO industry is preferred

- Comfortable working in a normal shift
